In this article, I will show how to edit your photo in PicsArt. By few edit, you can transform your normal image into a stunning image.

Steps:

Select Seafoam effect from fx.
Apply it only on the skin.
Select saturation and increase it fully and apply it only on rest Image(not on skin).
Select Oil painting from Artistic fx.
Apply it same on remaining image.
Select and apply fattal 1 effect same as above.
Select saturation from colors fx menu.
Blend it on multiply and apply it.
Select Blur from Blur menu and apply it on the background of the image.
Add Light and blend it to screen.
